The Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force announced today the arrest of Hardikkumar Rupala, of San Fernando, for arranging a meeting with a minor for the purpose of committing a lewd act. This is officially listed as "PC 288.4(b)- Arranging a meeting with a minor for the purpose of committing a lewd act."
